Company Policies

·         Lead Time: Please allow a two week MINIMUM lead time from the time we receive your confirmation of our draft proof (please refer to our Easy-Order Process for more details).

·         Shipped Merchandize: We regret that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be returned due to edible nature of the product.

·         Cancellations (without penalty): cancellation notice MUST BE received more than 72 hours before your scheduled production date referenced on your order form in order to avoid a penalty.

·         Cancellations (with penalty): orders cancelled less than 72 hours from the schedule production date are subject to a penalty of 25% of the total order value.

·         Insufficient Funds: there will be a $30.00 charge imposed for a bounced check or other payment method that is declined.

·         Rush Orders: no problem! A $100 fee (minimum) is charged for the production of orders needed less than 2 weeks from your confirmation of our draft proof (please refer to our Easy-Order Process for more details).

·         Reproduction of copyright material:  Chocolate Photo Favors will NOT reproduce any copyright material without written consent.  Copyright material includes company logos, copyright images, etc. 

·         Right of Refusal:  Chocolate Photo Favors reserves the right to refuse any order that may contain objectionable material.  We will NOT reproduce materials that are deemed by our favor consultants as being overly offensive or obscene. 

·         Disclaimer: Chocolate Photo Favors requires all customers to accept the company disclaimer before an order can be placed. Customer acceptance can be in the form of a signature or an e-mail.
